INCREO becomes a part of 99x
For us and for those of you who work with us, this primarily means continuity: the same people, the same way of working, and the same strong local roots. At the same time, we are better equipped to handle more complex deliveries as needs evolve or grow.
Just before Christmas, Increo was acquired by 99x a Norwegian technology company with more than 100 employees in Norway and over 600 internationally. The merger gives Increo new opportunities for further development in Norway and across Scandinavia, while continuing and strengthening the company’s professional environments and operations in Trondheim and Oslo.
Better equipped for complex deliveries
As part of 99x, Increo gains access to additional expertise and new markets. For our customers, this means stronger capabilities to handle more complex needs, without compromising on quality or close collaboration. We are strengthening our expertise in artificial intelligence and gaining more flexible delivery models, where outsourcing is used as a complement to the Norwegian professional environment.
This is an important milestone for Increo. Over many years, we have built strong professional environments in Trondheim and Oslo, and we now have the opportunity to take this further within a larger context. This gives us better conditions for growth, for taking on larger assignments, and for supporting our customers beyond Norway.
— Morten Wikstrøm, CEO of Increo
Continuity and further development
The acquisition does not involve any immediate changes for customers or ongoing projects. Increo will continue under the same name, and Morten Wikstrøm will continue as CEO. The culture and close collaboration that characterize Increo will be maintained, while increased capacity allows us to support partnerships and deliveries over time. This also creates room for further development of the professional environments in both Trondheim and Oslo.
Part of a larger development
The acquisition of Increo is the fourth acquisition in 2025 for 99x Group, following Solvr, Gture, and Republic Factory. These acquisitions are part of a broader development in the digital market, where an increasing number of organizations are seeking long-term partnerships and providers that can take holistic responsibility for digital solutions over time.
