All prices ex VAT are based on the Standard Terms of Service Level 1 of the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Operating services are prebilled for 12 months. Invoice fee is NOK 35, -. Termination in line with the SLA for the relevant service. For onward invoicing/expenses, a 30% mark-up will be invoiced.

Increo's Service Agreement (SLA)

The Service Agreement (SLA) ensures that both parties know what the customer relationship entails, and what is expected of both parties. These are the standard terms and conditions that apply to Increo's services. As an annex to the agreement, you will also find Increo's Data Processing Agreement.
