Senior Project Manager
We are looking for you who manages your projects with a steady hand and who has a good dose of business acumen. You are well trained in working according to agile methodology, whether Scrum or other agile frameworks, and have experience in Design Thinking. You are used to organizing and executing in a way that allows for continuous improvement and are good at capitalizing on knowledge gained along the way in projects - always with the user in focus. You are happy to have agency experience in design, advertising, technology, marketing, or similar industries.
Work tasks
- Consulting and follow-up of clients based on needs, objectives and business strategy
- Coordination and follow-up of teams
- Sales work on own portfolio
- Contribute to profitable projects
The most important thing is that the problem solver lives in you and that you like to understand both the customer and the users in order to create the most magic in this interface.
And it's a plus if you also have:
- is confident in the subject
- always seeing opportunities and doing work processes slightly nicer
- Dare to try and fail
- Motivate those around you
- Communicate well and effectively
- has 5years+ relevant experience
