Experienced UX Designer

As a designer with us, we expect you to explore innovative ideas and concepts. You will work closely together in multidisciplinary teams and use your experience and expertise to solve complex design challenges.

Vi er ikke så opptatt av hva du har studert. Vi tror du har hatt en tittel som for eksempel produktdesigner, interaksjonsdesigner, UX-designer eller liknende og at du kan vise oss hva du kan og hvordan du tenker.

Your responsibilities will be

• design lead on multiple customers
• idea development, information architecture, wireframes and high fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
• collaborate with customers and multidisciplinary team to understand goals and needs, to create intuitive interfaces and great user journeys
• ensure seamless implementation of design

You have to

• have more than 5 years of experience as a UX designer
• work effectively in Figma
• have experience with UU on digital surfaces
• be fluent in both Norwegian and English

You can feel free

• have experience in the development of design systems
• have experience in facilitation
• have relevant higher education in product and service design, interaction design, innovation and business development or equivalent
• have experience working closely with developers
• have knowledge of css and html
• be familiar with Webflow, Umbraco, Sanity or similar CMS
• have a background in UX writing, illustration, animation, 3D or other disciplines related to UX and digital design
• have experience in various industries/sectors (health and welfare technology, miljø and sustainability, the cultural sector, learning portals etc)
