We started autumn with 3 new signings: the holidays were almost too long

This autumn has started with a bang, we started work on developing new solutions for three new clients at the same time.

Increo will now work with EnviroPac, Backe-gruppen and RVTS Øst. The companies are all major players with a desire to innovate and innovate in the form of flexible, digital solutions that will live for a long time.

Companies with important community missions

“These are the kind of assignments that make it so exciting to work here,” says Morten Wikstrøm, CEO of Increo, and continues: “We are helping to make a difference in many different fields:

  • EnviroPac is by far the largest supplier of waste solutions in Norway. By making their expertise and solutions more readily available, we have the opportunity to help them help us manage waste smarter and make better use of resources. Here, modern technology will be able to contribute to a better environment and climate.
  • RVTS Øst stands for Regional Resource Centre on Violence, Traumatic Stress and Suicide Prevention, Region East. They are an environment of expertise that contributes to the development of practice in services dealing with trauma, violence and suicide prevention. “Through a new digital ecosystem, we will give RVTS Øst the best starting point for sharing knowledge with the professional community and therapists in the region in a simple and inspiring way,” says Morten. “If we do our job well, everyone in the region will benefit!
  • AS Backe are both entrepreneurs and property developers and according to Morten a client of the kind who does not want to keep up but stay ahead.

“The experience of quality should not only be felt in the work these companies carry out and the projects they are behind, but in all the contact you have with them,” Morten elaborates. “Then the technological products become extra important. Such challenges are both a joy, and a little scary, to embark on.

Good to know it's loosening in the market

It is no secret that the technology industry has also felt the austerity in the Norwegian economy well. At the same time, in the spring it has loosened up a bit, with more contests and more requests for opportunities, prices and technology. Morten says that the tendency is that many of the investments that have been postponed cannot wait any longer.

“Many people have been waiting to invest in updated solutions, while development is happening at a record pace,” says Morten. “What was impossible just a little while ago, we are getting to now. One must seize these opportunities to maintain and reinforce their competitive advantages and stay relevant.

Many people need digital advice

Many of the buyers of digital solutions are aware that the range of technologies to choose from is extensive, and curiosity is present to the highest degree. Increo's best advice is to follow the principles of Design Thinking: put the user of the product or services in focus and test what it takes to best meet their wants and needs.

Technology is the easy part. The task lies in figuring out how the technology will help the people who will use it and find the best way to do it. That's how we work with design-driven innovation, and that's what we're going to do for all our new clients this fall. Is it any wonder we rejoice? , smiles Morten.

RVTS Øst is happy and motivated for the cooperation.
