UX/UI designer
We are seeking an aspiring UX/UI designer who will contribute to creating exceptional user experiences that engage and delight our clients and their customers.
As a designer with us, you will have the freedom to explore innovative ideas and concepts. You will collaborate closely in cross-functional teams and utilize your experience to tackle complex design challenges.

Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional team to understand project goals and user requirements
- Conduct user research and gather insights to make informed design decisions
- Develop wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
- Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with industry best practices
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and optimize user experiences - Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs throughout the process
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance design processes
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects
- Relevant education or practical experience
- Working at least 50% of the time at one of our offices (Trondheim/Oslo)
- Knowledge of Figma or the ability to learn
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Norwegian and ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients
Nice to have
- Background in UX writing, illustration, animation, 3D design, or other related design areas
- Up-to-date knowledge of Accessibility Guidelines
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies and platforms as Webflow, Wordpress, Sanity, Umbraco
